Gifted N Fitted Skills Training (Field Specific) is a dynamic group training session designed by former Washington Husky & Hawaii Warrior to help elevate your overall game!

These sessions focus on the athletes agility, movement patterns, change of direction, speed, power, coordination, mobility and movement skills within their specific sport.

This 60min sessions are geared towards all cleat sports athletes including boys & girls Soccer, Football, Baseball, and Softball.
