ATHLETE SUMMER TRAINING CAMP (HALF PROGRAM)

Athlete Summer Training Camp Program is 2 months of Intense training of the body & mind to prepare and fine tune each athlete heading into their fall season.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

•Elite Level Sports Performance Training (Strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, change of direction, hand-eye coordination, mobility, recovery and injury prevention)

•Mindset Training (Toughness)

PROGRAM DETAILS:

Program Begins: Monday, June 1st

Program Ends: Friday, July 31st

All Sports Welcomed!

Ages/Times:

  • 9am- 10am / Ages 13 & Up

  • 10am- 11am / Ages 8-12yr

  • 11am- 12pm / Ages 5-11yr

*SPOTS LIMITED PER AGE GROUP (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE)

We are only taking 6 athletes per age group to ensure movement quality!

This program may not be for everyone! Please expect intense high level training methods and competition. Athletes will be pushed beyond limits to maximize their potential headed into their upcoming or current season!

ATHLETE SUMMER TRAINING CAMP:

Program Duration: Monday, June 1st - Friday, July 31st (2 Months)
Location: Gifted N Fitted Facility, Mililani

  • Details and address will be shared on community app with all participants.

Program Cost:

Full Program: $550 (2 Months)

Half Program: $300 (1 Month)

Session Drop-in: $50 (Per single session)


SCHEDULE:

SESSION DAYS: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (Further details will be shared with campers)

DAILY TRAINING TIMES BY AGE GROUP:

  • 9am- 10am / Ages 13 & Up

  • 10am- 11am / Ages 8-12yr

  • 11am- 12pm / Ages 5-11yr


• All Athletes MUST complete the Waiver of Liability & Release included in registration portion.

***If you are 18 years old as of June 1st, 2026 you may sign the waiver yourself. ***


Equipment to Bring:
• Athletes must bring workout shoes each day.
• Athletes must bring sweat towel each day.
Bring your own hydration each day.


Preparing for Program

• Make sure that all of your information (name, grade, position, etc.) is correct on the registration page and you are fully committed before registering.
• Workout shoes, sweat towel & hydration are required.
• We recommend that you do NOT bring anything of value (jewelry, radios, substantial amounts of cash, etc.). Gifted N Fitted will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. 
• If you have medical needs be sure to communicate them with our program representatives so that they can direct you properly.
